Make a statement and look dope doing it
For hundreds of years inverted national flags were commonly used as distress signals. The upside down U.S. flag is an official signal of distress. It is not meant to be, and is not officially recognized as any type of disrespect when displayed for the right reasons.
Some people will believe it's a sign of disrespect -- and all those people are wrong. The inverted/upside down flag is a sign of distress. In 2020, there is no better word for Americans than 'distress.'
The Distressed depicts an American Flag, reduced only to black and white, upside down with the starts removed and replaced with the SGL logo.
